1. Our Promise

At CosmixLane, we don’t just sell anime streetwear—we stand by its quality. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll make it right.

2. Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

• The product is unused and in original condition
• Tags and packaging are intact
• There is a fabric issue, print defect, or damage on arrival
• Return request is raised within 2 days of delivery

We keep things strict here because we believe in quality checks before shipping.

3. How to Request a Return

Fill out the form as mentioned below or reach us at info@cosmixlane.in with the following details :

• Order ID
• Issue details
• Clear photo/video of the product

Once verified, we’ll guide you through the return process.

4. Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after approval
• Amount is credited back to the original payment method within 7 business days
• For COD order, we will contact you to get your account details.
• You’ll receive a confirmation once the refund is initiated

5. Exchanges

Want a different size or product?

• First, complete the return process
• Once approved and received, we’ll ship the replacement
• Exchange delivery takes 7–10 business days, depending on location and availability

6. Damaged or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share images/videos for verification
• We’ll offer either a replacement or full refund, based on the issue
